A free discovery call by video, booked in your time zone. Most check-ins happen in our shared working hours, and we can meet outside them by appointment. Calls run on Google Meet or Zoom, whichever you prefer.

Written scope and milestones
You get the pages, features, timeline and price in writing before work starts, and each milestone (design, build, launch) is signed off by you before we move on.

Your final quote depends on the number of pages, e-commerce and payment features, integrations, content and any custom development. After a free discovery call you get a fixed written quote, so there are no surprises.

Security and ownership
You own your website and its code
Under our terms, the client owns the final, fully paid deliverables. On handover you receive the source code, the files and the admin logins.
Domain and hosting in your name
We prefer that you own your domain and hosting, registered in your name from the start. If it's easier, we can register them on your behalf.
Secure by default
HTTPS/SSL on every site, regular updates and backups on maintenance plans, and security hardening for login and forms.
Confidentiality
Both sides treat sensitive information as confidential, as set out in our terms. We're happy to sign your NDA on request.
Privacy basics built in
Privacy policy page, consent on forms and limited data collection, a sound base for GDPR and similar laws. Full compliance also depends on how your business handles data.
