Discovery calls happen by phone, WhatsApp or video, you review the site on a private preview link, pay by M-Pesa or bank, and get handover training online. There’s no travel fee, and prices are the same as in Nairobi: from KES 65,000 (USD 600) for a starter site.

How a remote project works
1. Discovery call
We talk by phone, WhatsApp or video about your business, customers, the pages you need and your deadline.
2. Fixed written quote
You get a quote with the price, scope and timeline. It doesn’t change once you accept it. You pay a 60% deposit by M-Pesa or bank transfer.
3. Content by WhatsApp or email
Send your logo, text and photos digitally. If you need photos of your premises, a local photographer or good phone photos work well. We’ll guide you on what to shoot.
4. Preview and feedback
You review the site on a private preview link on your own phone and send feedback in writing or on a call.
5. Launch and training
Once you approve, we go live, you pay the balance and we train your team online so you can update the site yourselves. You own the site.
